The feds return fire Chappell Roan after she said at a concert that it was “f*** ICE forever” … and the Department of Homeland Security said the singer needed to “get a grip.”
Chappell was performing Friday night at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, when she told the crowd, “F*** ICE.”
Video from the concert shows the crowd cheering and cheering on the “Pink Pony Club” singer's thoughts on the immigration raids that are terrorizing communities in California, Chicago and beyond.
But the Department of Homeland Security and ICE aren't laughing.
DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Trisha McLaughlin reports TMZ… “The Pink Pony Club is good. Pedophiles are bad. This is who we are getting off our streets. Pull yourself together.”
McLaughlin didn't provide any statistics, but here are some numbers to think about… a recent Cato Institute study found that 65% of people detained by ICE from October 1, 2024 to mid-June of this year had never committed a crime.
ICE catches sex offenders in immigration raids, but many hard-working people also fall into the trap. I'm just saying. 🤷🏽♂️
