Pakistani superstar Farhan Saeed will release his first solo album this month, marking a major milestone in his two-decade career. Saeed, the former lead vocalist of Pakistani band Jal, has gained fans across South Asia, excelling in both television dramas and music. He will release “Hut” in Warner Music and Silent Roar's global distribution network.
The lead single and title track will be released on November 14, beginning a phased release of new songs each month. The album includes 10 tracks sung in Urdu and Punjabi languages.
“Music has always been what I lived for,” Said said. “I'm lucky that the public has always understood and understood how I express myself through my songs. This album is inspired by my fans and their constant love. This is a letter – a kat – from my heart to theirs.”
The four tracks will be given the music video treatment, with Saeed assigning different directors to each video to bring different creative perspectives to the visuals.
On the acting front, Saeed is in the development stages of a feature film, Luv Di Saun, while simultaneously pursuing his music career as an on-screen performer.
The album represents a new creative chapter for Said, building on his established fan base while giving him greater international reach through Warner's distribution power. The project remains rooted in its linguistic roots, aiming to connect with listeners beyond regional boundaries.
By staggering releases monthly rather than releasing an entire album at once, Saeed's team is banking on a continued focus on individual tracks in an increasingly crowded music streaming landscape.
