Step into the magical world of FAIRY TAIL: DUNGEONS
FAIRY TAIL: DUNGEONS, a roguelike deckbuilding adventure inspired by the popular manga and anime FAIRY TAIL, is now available on Nintendo Switch. Developed and published by ginolabo in collaboration with Kodansha Game Creator LabThe launch coincides with the game's first major content update, which is also available today as a free download on PC via Steam. To celebrate the release, players can purchase the game for 20% off on Nintendo Switch and 40% off on Steam until January 20th PT.
The new update greatly expands the game's features by introducing Gajeel, Juvia, Mirajane, Laxus, and Gildarts as playable characters. Over 170 new cards and over 100 additional skills deepen the strategic layer, offering greater flexibility in completing each dungeon. New difficulty levels have been added to Labyrinth and Grand Showdown modes, while Normal mode allows players to focus on the narrative at a relaxed pace.
The game features an original storyline, separate from the manga and anime. A mysterious dungeon appears beneath the Fairy Tail guild, depriving members of their magical abilities. After they manage to escape, the guild begins a dangerous underground rescue mission to save the captured comrades of their feline ally Labi.
Each expedition requires careful planning, card synergy, and tactical decisions. Hidden tomes speed up progress over the long term, and Expedition Notes reveal character backstories and dungeon details. Players may also encounter Haru Glory from Hiro Mashima's Rave Master series.
FAIRY TAIL: DUNGEONS is available on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam for $13.99 with support for multiple languages ​​including English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, French and Thai.
