The study of the extent to which cold weather affects our immune system remains unclear.

But darker days mean that we usually make Beeline for warm, cozy, internal spaces.

And this environment is ideal for viruses.

It is also when young children return to school after summer holidays.

School and nursery can be like Petri's dish with a large number of viruses circulating, and they may well bring these microbes home with them.

The same applies to beginners in university halls, where mixing is spreading together microbes, while drinking and parties are even weakening the immune system.

Many Symptoms Between the cold, influenza and more serious viruses, such as Covid, overlapping.

But there are some tips that can help you determine the exact culprit.

If a cold appears, then this often does it gradually.

This will affect your nose and back of the throat, while some will get tickling in the rear of the mouth.

Another early warning may be extension of pressure in the ear.

If the virus spreads on, it can reach your lungs and cause an annoying cough.

Basically, however, these symptoms do not prevent us from continuing to work as normal.

The same can be said about the flu, which usually adds pain, fever and muscle weakness to the mixture.

Influenza does not mean that you should go to bed, but it can make you feel like that.

Since the pandemic, Covid has complex things further, with similar symptoms of influenza.

But one of the key Covid-specific identifiers may be the loss of smell or taste. Others, as new variants of Stratus and Nimbus Spike this winter, are “Wide-chic” sore throatThe field of diarrhea is also common.

The recommendation is to stay at home, relax and recover.

However, if you have underdeveloped conditions, experience shortness of breath or detection of symptoms do not relieve in three weeks, then you turn to medical tips without hesitation.

Our bodies naturally fight viruses and infection, but we can also help him with the right medicine.

  • Paracetamol: Provided that everything is in order with you, this or Ibuprofen is the first port port. Both are really good to help reduce the fever and soften any pain that you could experience. But remember that a lot of coughing and cold mixtures includes traces of paracetamol, so make sure that you are not accidentally accepting too much
  • Vitamin C: It is often believed that this helps to protect against colds. But for this there is no huge amount of evidence. If you do not have enough, focus on a healthy, balanced diet is much more important

  • Vitamin D: Observation of vitamin D in the cold months is recommended by NHS, because let's look at the truth, we usually do not get a lot of sunlight at this time of the year in the UK
  • Obscess spray: Of course, they feel great and provide instant relief, but the use of splashes can cause a rebound overload too often- when your nose becomes dependent and swells without correction. I propose to use them for no more than four out of five days
  • Chicken soup: There is little evidence that the dish is fighting directly, but its heat can help warm the back of your throat and calm some of these symptoms. It is also a good way to take on additional liquids, with vital hydration when you are fighting in battle.
