Renegades approaching Destiny 2 as the next major expansion, and we're less than a week away from its release on PC and consoles.
The upcoming expansion will release with update 9.5.0 and includes a ton of new content. But first, you will have to pre-download and install the update and then wait for it to launch. This guide will help you keep track of all upcoming maintenance work and determine when they will be able to access the servers.
Destiny 2 Renegades Release Countdown
Destiny 2 Renegades goes on air December 2 on all platforms. While most updates typically go live at 12am CST, Renegades will be going live at a slightly different time. The next countdown will expire once the update goes live and you can access the servers.
The countdown is based on the next time.

- 11:00 a.m. CST
- 12:00 EST
- 17:00 GMT
- 18:00 Central European Time
Timings are based on the latest This week in Destiny blog. The countdown will end on players being able to access Update 9.5.0 and all the Renegades content that will be available at launch. To do this, they will have to pre-download the update that will be released. an hour before the servers are online (at 10:00 a.m. CST).
Please note that full maintenance will end at 1:00 PM CST, so expect some issues in the first couple of hours after Renegades launches. Bungie also revealed how much space you'll need to install the update.
