HBO Euphoria has been threatening to return for the past three and a half years, despite most of the original cast dropping out, the supposed staged drama, tragic death of Angus Cloud And one of their stars is running as a Republican. Now, the promise of the long-awaited third season is no longer empty.
Judging by social media posts from the show's accounts, Euphoria will begin airing again on Sundays starting in spring 2026. The official premiere date has not yet been announced.
Today's announcement brings more news about the returning and returning cast members. Melvin Bones Estes, Dag Faerch, Dominic FikeNika King, Paula Marshall, Zach Steiner, Alanna Ubach and Sophia Rose Wilson are back in the lineup, while 19 more new players have been announced, most notably Trisha Paytas and Natasha Lyonne.

Considering how many chefs are in the kitchen right now, it's hard to say where the storyline will go, especially considering how many of the actors playing the high school students are now over 30. Hopefully they don't do a time jump-style One Tree Hillbut we're also not sure how else they're going to pull it off. Only time will tell!
