Elizabeth Smartkidnapper Wanda Barzee I've never met a camera she didn't like… and it looks like she loves being a famous criminal… just look at her latest photo for proof.
TMZ has obtained an updated photo of Wanda for the Utah Sex Offender Registry… and she's screaming like it's a damn Christmas card.
Wanda grins from ear to ear as she shows off her yellow lumps. She stares into the lens with her wild eyes and wild white hair… and you can see the moles on her face and neck.
It seems the arrest earlier this year hasn't wiped the smile off Wanda's face… and she's known for smiling in photos.
TMZ broke the story: Wanda was arrested back in May in Utah after she allegedly approached children in a pair of public parks in Salt Lake City, a big no-no for a registered sex offender.
Following her arrest, Wanda's kidnapping victim, Elizabeth Smart, criticized Wanda for her arrest and expressed concern.

Elizabeth was only 14 years old when Wanda and Brian David Mitchell kidnapped her.
Wanda pleaded guilty to helping kidnap Elizabeth, who told officers that Wanda stood idly by while Michell repeatedly raped her. Elizabeth was their prisoner for about nine months.
Wanda was released from Utah State Prison in September 2018 after serving 15 years behind bars.
Mitchell is serving a life sentence in Arizona.
