Digimon Story: Time Stranger will have new quests and features
Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. confirmed that season two DLC will be released for Digimon Story: Stranger in Time will be released in January 2026. The role-playing game, developed by Media.Vision Inc., continues to gain momentum after selling more than a million units worldwide. The game is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
The upcoming Extra Digimon and Episode Pack 2: GAKU RAN expands the game with new Digivolution routes for multiple Mega Digimon. These include BanchoLillymon, BanchoStingmon, BanchoGolemon and BanchoMamemon. In addition to these additions, the DLC introduces a special story quest dedicated to Hiroko Sagisaka. This will add more emotional depth and narrative context.
Digimon Story: Time Stranger represents a strong evolution of the Digimon game line. It's a fully realized role-playing game that will appeal to both new and long-time fans. Ownership of the base game is required to access the Season Pass DLC content.
