Born in Los Angeles, Keaton began performing in school plays before establishing herself as a Hollywood and style icon in 1977 when she starred in Annie Hall.
Over the years, Keaton continued to star in many beloved films such as Father of the Bride. She also ventured into other hobbies. She wrote a memoir, created a wine brand, and even flipped houses.

Keaton appeared on Broadway in the 60s.

In her 2011 memoir, Then Again, Keaton said she landed the role in the original Broadway production of Hair in 1968. That same year, she auditioned for and won the lead role in Woody Allen's Broadway play Play It Again, Sam. Allen's play premiered in 1969 and Keaton received an award Tony nomination for her role.
Later, in 1972, Play It Again Sam was made into a film.
Keaton became famous for her role in The Godfather.
AL PACINO
Keaton played Kay Adams-Corleone in Francis Ford Coppola's 1972 film The Godfather, which debuted to critical and commercial acclaim. Al Pacino and Marlon Brando also appeared in the film.
Although Keaton herself did not win an award for The Godfather, the film took home several awards that year. Keaton reprized her role in two subsequent films: The Godfather Part II and The Godfather Part III.
Annie Hall was Keaton's breakthrough film.

The bottle label described The Keaton as a “strong red blend.” Keaton released the white wine in 2016, according to Wine Spectator.
