Developer Jujubee and publisher 101XP have launched Dark Moonintense survival strategy game, now available on Steam. The game challenges players to survive in harsh lunar conditions after a catastrophic solar storm severes all communications with Earth.
In Dark Moon, players will navigate the desolate surface of the Moon while managing a dwindling crew and limited resources. Every step is a risk as you explore the lunar wastelands and make life and death decisions. And all the while, you face unknown dangers lurking in the darkness. The world is unstable and time will never be on your side. When all electronic systems are disabled, survival depends on smart strategy and the willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
The story begins with your character, a member of the Engineering Council, sent by Moon Shell to oversee the construction of a new mining system. What begins as a routine mission quickly turns into a desperate struggle when a massive solar storm devastates the Earth and destroys all electronic devices on the Moon. As the relentless heat of the Sun burns everything caught in its rays, the once safe lunar base becomes a graveyard of light.
Now only shadows provide protection. Every decision about where to move, who to trust, what to risk can mean the difference between survival and destruction. Dark Moon combines strategic management with atmospheric storytelling, creating an atmosphere in which the Moon itself becomes both ally and enemy. Light brings death, darkness brings hope, and survival depends on how long you can stay in the shadows.
