Dak Prescott will go to NFL Pro Bowl for the fourth time in his career.
On Tuesday Dallas Cowboys The quarterback was named one of three NFC quarterbacks selected to participate in the league's top player of the year showcase. Several of Prescott's teammates – wide receiver George Pickens and offensive lineman Tyler Smith – will join him in the San Francisco Bay Area during Super Bowl LX week for the Pro Bowl celebration. Despite his Pro Bowl nod, Prescott emphasized the importance of winning individual accolades.
“It's cool. It's something good about this season. Knowing that every year I work as hard as I can to try to be the best quarterback for this team. Ultimately, I feel like I'm judged by winning,” he said. “This season I didn’t succeed. However, individual performance and performance records led to an individual award, but it is still 100% a team effort.”

Prescott then paid tribute to his teammates for their contribution to his success on the field.
“When you're the quarterback on this team, to be able to put up those numbers, you have to have receivers like George, CD, Ferg and those guys. And you have to have a great offensive line. … My success, this award, is 100% with every one of these guys there. It's great to be a Pro Bowler, but at the end of the day, that's not what we're aiming for.”
Jerry Jones, the Cowboys' longtime owner and general manager, took the blame for the team's three-decade championship drought.

“I recognize that Cowboys management played a big role (in the 30-year Super Bowl drought),” Jones said after last Sunday's loss. “But seriously, I'm very disappointed in the way we're structured and my role in getting us here tonight. I'm extremely disappointed.”
Prescott will be 33 years old by the start of next season. With more football behind him than in front of him, the veteran signal-caller has hinted that he wants to take a more active role in the team's front office decision-making moving forward.

“We're not coming back here again. I think the last few times I've probably said it's been playoff losses, right? So every year has its challenges… I'll do the best I can, just controlling what I can, and you know, as you get older, having more input, more speaking up and asking more questions from the front office, maybe I can do a little more,” Prescott said.
“It’s not just about physicality or me getting better at my game. Maybe I say, “This will help, or I think this might help.” So, whatever it takes, I will do my best and make sure I influence and encourage everyone around me, not just the players, to do the same.”
