In any company, it goes without saying that conflicts can flash, and most of the time, employees, as a rule, accuse their boss of the fact that they are a “problem” as a result of their inaction. In his recently published book The problem is in the boss (well, I think …)A specialist in the world of labor, Annie Boyrak, offers solutions for work.

Thanks to the training and conferences, Annie Boyrak, also the president of the Annie Rh network, noted many disappointments and misunderstandings among employees, the results that forced her to write her book, mentioning 40 questions that bother at work.

“This is not from that type, still” will release your work. Leave your work. Find a new one. ” This is not always possible for everyone. This is not always desirable. I feel that people often like their work. They love their company, they love their work, their gang, ”said the personnel specialist in an interview on the microphone Isabelle Marechal, in Radio and Télé, broadcasting simultaneously at 99.5 FM Montreal on Friday.

She admits that the boss often becomes a scapegoat for employees.

“Sometimes there is an irritant, there is something. Then the boss is exacerbating the situation from his inaction. Then this is what they want. They. They. [les patrons] I want to settle this thing, ”she said.

She says this with the name The problem is in the bossShe wanted to use the employee’s language at the end of the situation at work and make it accessible to all employees using almost humorous issues.

During the interview, she illustrated her point of view on the example of Paul, a colleague who, in the eyes of an employee, may seem unproductive and incompetent, which causes disappointment.

“Sometimes a person, she says,” I told my boss, to my union, no one does anything. What am I doing there? Because I will not do 150% of my work all the time, and then 50% of his “”, ”she illustrated.

She admits that a colleague can sometimes miss his duties and suggestions in his book to act if the boss does not respond. But she insists on the importance of nuanced conflicts and attempts, on occasion, to see things from the point of view of the boss.

“And in a sense, this is a little what the book offers:“ Look at things on the side of your boss. That's why your boss sees such things. ” […] Then, once well informed, sometimes the decision comes, because “this is what is important for my boss. This is how I am going to imagine her, ”she added.
