Columbia Sportswear’s Star Wars-Themed Winter 2025 Lineup Takes Us Lightspeed to Endor

In my opinion, one of the best annual winter traditions of the 2020s is the collaboration between Columbia Sportswear and Star Wars. Over the past couple of years we have seen a whole line of travel equipment the goal is to show everyone that you're a big Star Wars fan, no matter the weather. After last year's Darth Vader takeoverthere was really only one logical location for this year's lineup – the forest moon of Endor.

You can't talk about Return of the Jedi without a deep understanding of the Endor storyline. It's action-packed, has some of the best costumes in the entire original trilogy, and everyone loves seeing the Ewoks lay siege to the Stormtroopers. In this line of Columbia Sportswear, you can see all aspects of Endor and see how hard the team behind the line worked to make it special for Star Wars fans.

The General Solo trench coat from Colombia comes apart into three separate wearable pieces, each containing Star Wars Easter eggs.

Like other Star Wars releases, the top product is a $600 modular cape modeled after General Han Solo himself. It's a three-in-one design covered in clever little references to the character and the movie, but Columbia did something new this year.

The interior lining, which Columbia calls a reflective Omni-Heat pattern, features a gold Rebel Starbird symbol. This version of the Omni-Heat can be found throughout the line, making it a fun little piece to show off to your friends.

If the General Solo isn't what you're after, there are plenty of other options in the line. The $400 Endor Issue Poncho is a nearly cosplay-ready waterproof poncho, with adjustable side snaps and elasticated arms to keep water out. It's not for extreme cold, but wearing it while hiking in the woods is a great photo opportunity.

The rest of the winter lineup includes a $150 Endor Issue vest, a matching thermal pants set for $130, a pair of matching boots for $220, and a selection of similarly themed hats and pullovers. But the real star of the show in my opinion is the Ewok Fleece Jacket for little ones.

Tell me you wouldn't wear this if it was an adult size, I dare you.

Columbia will have styles ranging from children's to youth sizes, and they all have ridiculously cute ears on top. I'm sure Columbia had a good reason for not releasing an adult version of this set, and I'm not upset about it at all.

This Endor collection comes in Columbia website at 10:00 am ET on December 11th.. If you're a member of Columbia's free Greater Rewards program, you'll have 30 minutes early access to this initial sale. Portions of the line will also be available at several Columbia Sportswear stores, although historically most are available at stores closest to the Disney parks. However you manage to get yours this year, you'll be ready to show off your fandom no matter the temperature outside.
