ChatGPT users now get some new design capabilities as new Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat and Express apps run directly in ChatGPT, allowing users to create new designs or edit photos/PDFs by describing what they want to the AI assistant.
The apps are said to be free to use and can be activated by entering the app name, providing a few dialog instructions, and downloading the file. One example might be “Adobe Photoshop, help me make this image brighter.” Once an app's name is included in a conversation, users won't need to mention the app again to make further changes.
Edge notes that depending on instructions, Adobe applications may offer a set of results to choose from or provide a user interface element that users can manually manipulate, especially for settings such as brightness or contrast. However, ChatGPT apps cannot offer the full functionality of the very popular (and expensive) desktop software.

Adobe says the new Photoshop app can tweak specific sections of images, apply creative effects, and adjust image settings such as brightness, contrast, and exposure. Acrobat in ChatGPT can edit existing PDFs, compress files, and convert other documents to PDFs, which I find is a huge time saver when applying for jobs or submitting documents that need to be in PDF format. The new Adobe Express app allows users to create and edit designs (posters, graphics, etc.) without leaving ChatGPT.
Interesting point Edge It is noted that if ChatGPT users want to continue working on a project they started in the AI Assistant, these files can be opened directly in Adobe's own applications..
Adobe's new apps in ChatGPT are available worldwide on desktops. netand iOS. The Adobe Express ChatGPT app is currently available for Android with support for photoshop According to Adobe, Acrobat is coming soon.
