Los Angeles Chargers put on a show for their fans by crushing the Pittsburgh Steelers for a 25-10 victory on Sunday Night Football.

Los Angeles moves to 7-3 on the year and 4-2 at home, while Steelers drop to 5-4.

This game was a defensive battle on both sides, but it was clear the Chargers weren't going to let Aaron Rodgers get comfortable in the pocket. They held him to just 16 of 31 for 161 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions.

Meanwhile, Justin Herbert took a big hit in his own pocket as the Chargers are still working on an offensive line with Joe Alt and Rashawn Slater, their starters, both out for the season. Herbert was sacked by the Steelers five times, including once by T.J. Watt, as he was just a half-sack closer to tying older brother J.J. Watt for career points total (114.5).

But Herbert was still the best quarterback in the game as he threw for TKTC, including a pass to his leading receiver Ladd McConkey, who had just 12 seconds left in the first half.

McConkey caught just four passes but finished with 107 yards after one went 58 yards.

That 58-yard interception by McConkey also led to Kimani Vidal's final touchdown, which certainly helped Herbert a little with successful plays that kept the Steelers defense honest. Vidal finished with 95 yards on 25 carries.

Safety Aaron Rodgers vs. Chargers

Rodgers was finally able to find the end zone late in the fourth quarter when Roman Wilson slanted 27 yards into the end zone to make the ball game 25-10. But Keenan Allen converted the kick attempt to end Pittsburgh's chances of a miracle.

Rodgers faced pressure from the Chargers front all night, which included fumbling his own end zone and luckily only returning the ball for a safety rather than attempting a touchdown.

With the loss to Pittsburgh, it looks interesting for the AFC North as the Baltimore Ravens have now won three games in a row after beating the Minnesota Vikings on the road earlier Sunday. They are 4-5, just one game behind the Steelers, and will meet for the first time on December 7th.

Another highlight of the game was Allen, whose catch on the Chargers' final drive gave him the best score in Chargers history at 956. Legendary tight end Antonio Gates, who was on hand to watch the game on Sunday night, was the man Allen passed on the catch.
