Global News has learned that seven NDP MPs will vote with the Liberals to reject the Conservative amendment.

The NDP has not yet announced its position on the budget, saying Tuesday it would take time to review the document.

The Conservatives and Bloc Québécois opposed the budget after it was unveiled on Tuesday, saying it did not meet their priorities.

The minority Liberals need two more votes to survive any confidence vote.
