A cyberpunk world awaits at Carbon
Role-playing game in the cyberpunk genre. Carbon has launched its first major community competition, Helipad Race, which sends players on a high-stakes sprint through the dangerous Ruhan mining complex. The event tests precision and endurance, offering two different modes to suit different playstyles.
In Softcore mode, players can respawn after death, giving them the freedom to experiment with builds and refine their approach over multiple playthroughs. On the other hand, hardcore mode doesn't give you a second chance. One mistake ends the attempt, making every move critical as players fight to reach the extraction point.
Each mode has its own leaderboard, ensuring fair competition between risk-takers and strategists. The top three finishers in both categories will receive exclusive rewards, including themed victory banners, Carbon T-shirts, in-game coins, and a special winning player frame for the first place winners. Each participant who completes at least one valid run will also receive a limited-time Helipad Racer profile frame commemorating their participation in the first Carbon Community event.
The Helipad Race competition has already begun and will run until November 20, 2025, 17:00 CEST. Players can take part in the competition by downloading the updated Carbon demo on Steam.
Designed as a fast-paced cyberpunk RPG, Carbon combines intense melee combat with dynamic ranged combat systems and deep character customization. The film takes place in a world where neon lights illuminate rusty steel and flying dust. It offers a dark but exciting vision of the future.
