“If you're doing everything right but you're finding it harder and harder to survive, you're not alone. We know a simple truth about American life: the economy doesn't provide for enough people. Balance of power in House of Representatives is in a precarious position ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. With Republicans holding only a three-seat majority, even one or two key defeats for Republicans could cost the GOP control of the House. Pennsylvania, home to both Bresnahan and McKenzie, is also a key battleground state with several competitive districts. According to The state has five competitive Republican-controlled districts, all projected to be five points or less, according to the Cook Political Report.

In this fight, Fight Agency leaders have come to support Paige Cognetti, the former mayor of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who is running to unseat Bresnahan. Bresnahan, a freshman lawmaker, won election to Congress in 2024 by just 1.6 percentage points.

“We can stand up to Washington, which takes advantage of working people and forces them to work for us,” Cognetti said in her presentation video.

Rebecca Katz, a campaign strategist for Sen. Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz., ran Cognetti's campaign ad. in a message to X.

“If you can, please contribute a few dollars and let's hire someone who cares about the people in Congress,” Rebecca Katz wrote.

Cognetti, the former mayor, also spoke about the firm's other work, saying she was “proud to know these people” in repost showcasing the agency's past campaigns.
