California’s Largest School District Bucks Dems, Adopts Ban on Trans Athletes in Girls’ Sports

The largest school district of California adopted a resolution that will prohibit transgender athletes to engage in women's sports.

The district of secondary school Kern, which studies about 40,000 students in Bakertersfield, voted 3-2 for the resolution, which will bring the district in line with the rules of the Trump administration established by men, which identify themselves as women, to participate in women's sports.

But this resolution also conflicts the district with the extreme Legal Legislative Assembly of the state, headed by the Democrats, and the radical governor Gavin Newsom.

The resolution was written by the President of the Council for the Education of the United School District, the Welly Sonya show.

“I wrote this resolution to become the voice of our communities – to support our girls and protect the truth that should never be silent. Boys are boys. Girls are girls. God made them beautiful as they are. The time has come to return justice, truth and common sense in education,” show. saidIt is reported by Fox News.

The show of the show also adopted such a resolution.

The rank and core are among many California schools who have adopted similar resolutions. To date, 14 other school districts (in total 16) have adopted resolutions prohibiting transporters to comply with Trump's rules established by section IX.

Counts act contrary to the state’s own law, adopted in 2013, which allows the transvention athletes to choose any gender under which they want to play.

In the extreme left state, a rebellion against transgender athletes is growing.

Recently, eight women's volleyball teams refused to play against the school of Jurup Valley, who allowed the transgender player to join the women's team.

Several girls filed a lawsuit against the district and staff.

Three girls, two Catholics and one Muslim, also filed a lawsuit. lawsuit Against the United School District of JURUP (JUSD), the California Interschool Federation (CIF) and the Ministry of Education of California (CDE), claiming that they were offended and their religious principles were defiled when the boy was allowed to use the locker room for girls.

Two girls, Alissa MacPherson and Hadil Khazam, said they left the team because of their religious objections and discomfort due to the fact that the boy wandered around the female locker room.

“The plaintiffs were intimidated by an intentionally hostile environment created by the defendants in which school officials intimidated them to censor their objection to competition with men and against them, as well as from the joint use of intimate and private space with men,” the lawsuit said.

“Their faith emphasizes the modesty, dignity and respect of gender differences, which must correspond to the biological sex of a person both in practice and in identity,” is added in the lawsuit.

The radical and left governor of California Gavin News refused to take any responsibility for this issue and in response to boycotts stated that he did not introduce translated, and stated that if the state’s legislative body would want to change it, they will be able to do this. However, he did not say whether he would sign such a bill, and since he supports a trans-ideology in schools, it is very doubtful that he will sign a subsequent ban on trans-sportsmen.
