The Denver Broncos clinched the No. 1 playoff seed in the AFC and moved into first place with the win. The Jacksonville Jaguars are in third after winning on Sunday.
The Los Angeles Chargers beat the Chiefs to remain in fifth place, ahead of the Bills in the tiebreaker. The Houston Texans are a game behind seventh-place Buffalo and the Indianapolis Colts are a game behind the Texans.
The Bills could make the playoffs in Week 16.
