Browns’ Shedeur Sanders inactive; Bailey Zappe QB2 vs. Patriots

Foxboro, Massachusetts. — Cleveland Browns rookie defenseman Sheader Sanders inactive for Sunday's game against New England Patriots due to a back injury.

Sanders, who has been the backup cornerback the last two games, was added to the injury report Saturday and listed as questionable. He completed about 15 minutes of pregame practice, which consisted of a light jog and passing drill under the direction of defensive backs coach Bill Musgrave.

Bailey Zappewho was kicked off the practice squad, will support Dillon Gabriel.
