Brian Walsh, a 50-year-old convicted fraudster, is accused of murdering his wife Ana in their home. house in the suburbs of Boston After learning of the affair, he switched his plea to two lesser charges on Tuesday morning, shortly before jury selection in the murder trial was to begin.

Walsh's lawyer said he did not admit to the murder, denied throwing her remains in the dumpster, and denied being involved in the burning of her remains.
After calling the prosecutor's office, a moment of discord arose Walsh for telling the judge he was still married. while under oath.

After an additional meeting with the judge, the defense said Walsh admitted that legally he was no longer married after his wife's death.
