NFL legend Brett Favre has named the band he'd like to see at the Super Bowl halftime show in Santa Clara, California, instead of next year. Bad Bunny.
The NFL's choice of Bad Bunny for the show sparked backlash last month as the Grammy Award-winning artist criticized U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Favre said this in one of his episodes. “Fourth and Favre” podcast, he would have chosen someone else.
“I would choose someone who… maybe Jason's Side“I think Jason Aldean is just as big of a patriot now and he has a great voice. But I like George Strait – it's old school. There are many options.
“I remember Whitney Houston singing the national anthem and I was shocked. If you didn't have tears in your eyes when you watched and listened to this, then something is wrong with you. I imagine the national anthem and the halftime show are two different things, but it really grabs you.”

Despite the backlash against Bad Bunny, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell firmly believes the Puerto Rican native will continue to be in the spotlight.
“It’s been carefully considered,” Goodell said of the decision-making process for the halftime show last month. “I'm not sure we've ever picked an artist that didn't get backlash or criticism. That's pretty hard to do when there are literally hundreds of millions of people watching.”

“We are confident it will be a great show,” Goodell added. “He understands the platform he's on and I think it's going to be an exciting and unified moment.”
