Border Patrol Chief Gives Update On When Feds Can Finally Deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia

Chief Border Patrol Agent Greg Bovino told Fox News host Jesse Watters on Friday that MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia will be removed from the United States as soon as “he becomes deportable.”

“Once he becomes deportable the second time, remember he was deportable the first time and he was actually deported,” Bovino told Watters. “When he's deported the second time, we're going to deport this man. It's a shame we have activist judges who legislate from the bench and put MS-13 gang members back on the streets to hurt Americans. That's what we're doing in these American cities, taking people like this 'Maryland Dad' out of circulation and putting them back where they belong, and that's in their country of registration.”
