Washington Capitals Quebec forward Pierre-Luc Dubois left his team's game against the New York Islanders with soreness Friday night after suffering an injury in the first period.
The meeting takes place on TVA Sports 2.
Unlike Jean-Gabriel Pageau, Dubois fell during the throw-in and immediately winced in pain.
He then left the ice with the help of his teammates.
Barzal returns
Late last night at the arena, forward Mat Barzal was punished by head coach Patrick Roy, who left him to rot in the stands while the Islanders visited the Carolina Hurricanes.
The player the Islanders drafted to replace Barzal, Calum Ritchie, was unable to attend the game because his flight was cancelled. Casey Cizikas had to pilot the first line for the Islanders, who lost 6-2.
However, Barzal is back in the lineup tonight.
Long Island's youth team finds itself in last place in the East with a 4-5-1 record.
