It is possible that remasters Fallout 3 And Fallout: New Vegas are a question When no, especially in light of Amazon's wildly successful TV show moving to New Vegas. But Bethesda Head Todd Howard isn't revealing much – he says fans will just need to continue to be patient.
In an interview with Dexerto, he spoke about his desire to see both games on modern hardware. “First of all, we understand this, we see all these comments, I mentioned this when I was on [Fallout Day] stream,” he says. “We see it, we're working on a lot of things and we're looking forward to the day when we can reveal them.”
Since the question was specifically about New Vegas and the Fallout 3 re-releases currently in development, this admission from Howard seems like a pretty strong hint that something is going on. However, don't expect the preamble to their arrival to be too long, as Howard repeats he leans more towards strategy Oblivion updated – Shadow Drop, allowing players to rediscover the entire gameplay experience.

“In general, I prefer to wait,” he explains. “When you start a game, you download it, everything is there, you press play, what are you thinking? What do you already know? So I start from there and make a backup.”
The idea is to tap into people's memories as they dive back into the game world. This certainly worked for Oblivion, as many immediately flocked back to Cyrodiil, despite not having visited it for almost two decades. Fallout 3 and New Vegas may have the same fervor among players.
With Fallout Season 2 kicking off on December 17th, we're living in hopes of a Fallout 3 or New Vegas remaster moving forward soon. Game rewardsMaybe? I don't dare to dream.
