Kenny Sun and friends, and Digital returns released BALL x PIT on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S via Game Pass for $14.99. Building on the success it had at Steam Next Fest, the game offers players a chaotic mix of brick smashing, ball merging, and base building. In BALL x PIT, players will endure ongoing challenges as they rebuild the legendary New Ballbilon.
Central to the gameplay is the Ball Fusion system, which allows you to experiment with over 60 random balls. Players can combine them in hundreds of ways to discover powerful synergies and devastating combinations. As you battle through hordes of enemies, strategic fusion becomes essential to survive the ever-growing threats.
New Ballbylon itself evolves as players expand it, adding over 70 unique buildings. Each of them offers game bonuses, unlocking new characters, bonuses and much more. Housebound heroes can be assigned automatic quests, ensuring that resources continue to flow as you descend deeper into the pit. The game encourages careful management of your growing community along with dynamic combat.
Exploration will take players through a variety of worlds, from barren deserts and frozen caves to wild forests, each filled with unique dangers and formidable enemies, including huge bosses that fill the entire screen. Along the way, treasure hunters join your expedition, bringing with them unique skills and upgradeable mechanics that will radically influence the way you approach problems.
