Apple shares 2025 Black Friday deals in Canada

As in previous years, purchasing Apple hardware between November 28 and December 1 will earn you extra Apple cash in the form of a gift card. The deals are as follows;

  • iPhone 16 or 16e – Gift card value up to $105.
  • iPad (A16), iPad Air, iPad mini – gift card worth up to $140.
  • MacBook Pro (M4 or M4 Max), MacBook Air, Mac mini, MacBook Air – gift card valued up to $350.
  • Apple Watch SE 3, Series 11 – $70 gift card.
  • AirPods Max, AirPods 4, AirPods Pro 3 – gift card worth up to $105.
  • Apple TV 4K, HomePod – Gift Card up to $70.
  • Beats Products – Up to $70 Gift Card.
  • Apple Accessories (Magic Keyboards, Apple Pencils) – $35 gift card.

Apple hasn't yet revealed how the deals will work, but the language says many deals are “up to” a certain price. This tells me that only the most expensive items in this category will receive the top end of the gift card range.

Overall, these offerings are very similar to last year's offerings. If you're looking to purchase a new iPhone this fall, Apple is still offering zero-interest financing if you want to pay it off over time, like a regular phone plan. It will also allow you to get a cheaper BYOD (bring your own device) phone plan, which should help you save money compared to the length and price of a typical carrier contract.

I will also say that while the iPhone 17 may be the best basic iPhone in years, I spent a lot of time with the iPhone 16 last year and came away with virtually no complaints—I still think it's a great buy, especially if you can get a good deal on it.
