January 5, Apple Fitness+ introduced four brand new workout programs that offer weekly workout plans.
The first workout program is called “Get Back to Fitness” and is designed to help users who want to get back into exercise through strength training, HIIT, and yoga. The four-week plan offers three workouts per week, one of each type, so you complete three 10-minute workouts per week. And each week builds on the previous one, helping users progress and get back into shape.
Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks is designed to help users incorporate yoga into their lives more regularly. These workouts are designed to help users become more flexible, reduce stress, and become more stable. You will receive two 10-minute yoga sessions.
There are also Back to Back and HIIT programs that offer three 20-minute workout programs. You'll get 10 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of 20-minute HIIT three times a week for three weeks.
The latest program, launching January 12, helps users who are new to building strength learn the basics, strength training exercises, and a refresher on proven techniques.
There's also a new Artist Spotlight series that features a workout playlist featuring three new Bad Bunny workouts that will be released on February 2nd.
Time to Go, where guests share the stories, photos and songs that shape their lives, will debut new episodes later this year with Penn Badgley, Mel B and Michelle Monaghan. I can't wait to hear from Dan Humphrey Gossip come for a walk with me.
Apple Fitness+ is available as a subscription for $12.99 per month or $99.99 per year.
