Ambrosia Sky Is Releasing Its First Act on PC Next Month

Welcome to Ambrosia Sky

Toronto developer Soft Rains has announced that the first act Ambrosia Sky will be released on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on November 10th. Revealed during IGN Fan Fest: Fall Edition along with a brand new trailer, the game will unfold over three acts. The last parts will be released in 2026.

Ambrosia Sky is set in a shadowy future where death and decay intertwine. Players will take on the role of Dahlia. She is a field scientist from a mysterious order dedicated to discovering human immortality. Sent to a farming colony on the outer rings of Saturn, a place she once called home, Dahlia finds it abandoned and overrun by aggressive alien fungi. With only a chemical spray and a hook, she must clean up the contamination and find out what happened to the people she knew. And eventually you will be faced with a disturbing truth about life and what will happen next.

The first act introduces players to this atmospheric world filled with decaying structures, unpredictable alien ecosystems, and gravity-defying dangers. The game has full voice acting, a deep crafting and development system. There are also a variety of mission types in the replayable locations. As players journey through the eerie remnants of Dahlia's past, players will encounter multiple strains of mushrooms to collect, each with their own unique properties.

The updated demo is currently available on Steam as part of the Steam Next Fest until October 20th. It offers a first look at the game's clearing mechanics, system interactions, and intense survival-focused exploration. Combining narrative depth with experimental gameplay, Ambrosia Sky promises an unforgettable first act when it releases next month.
