Palworld Global Community Manager John “Bucky” Buckley spoke candidly about how “absorbed” is he? from smash Steam released Megabonk, a roguelike in the style of Vampire Survivors, which managed over a million sales in two weeks – but his journey has come to an end.
That's because Bucky has finally, after 47 hours of intense gaming left and right, managed to 100% master the new roguelike. He revealed this in a recent online announcement. mailaddressing the game's ever-growing community (I mean, just look at these SteamDB statistics). “Megabonk gamers,” Bucky exclaims, “it gives me great pleasure to announce… I fucked, and I fucked HARD.” Attached is a screenshot showing his 102 achievements.
“Game. of the Year,” Bucky continues, continuing to call out Geoff Keighley, the host of The Game Awards, which the Palworld boss apparently wants from the creator of Megabonk “vedinad.” “Jeff, lock him up.”

“Aside from the epilepsy, it was fun,” admits developer Palworld, “but I’ve never been a fan of meta builds in most games anyway, so I’ll throw my hat in there!” Okay, maybe his time in Megabonk is coming to an end after all – although I'd like to think he'll still try to increase those numbers. Judging by his determination, it's not exactly beyond the realm of possibility… what's another 47 hours, huh?
