His publicist, Susan Patrikol, says that he was “carefully tested” before returning home.
The Royal Police of Newfoundland stated in a press release on Thursday that she investigated an early morning accident with the participation of an SUV and one of his patrol vehicles.
It said that the 59-year-old driver of the SUV and the 47-year-old male passenger was sent to the hospital with what was considered insignificant injuries, while the policeman went to the hospital as a precaution.
The 47-year-old Hartnett, who starred in films, including Pearl Harbor, Black Hawk Down and Oppenheimer, is located in the province of a limited series for Netflix, known only as Netitled Newfound Project.
The show will have six episodes about the fisherman who should fight to protect his family, society and lifestyle, when the mysterious marine creature terrorizes the remote city of Newfoundland.
