ACCA Re-elects Three North American Members to the Global Accounting Body’s Council – The Canadian Business Journal

TORONTO, Nov. 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) has re-elected three North American members to its governing board, representing the organization's 257,900 members.

ACCA North America is proud to announce that Carol-Ann Booth, Managing Director of Ask International Inc. (USA); Gary Kent, Chief Administrative Officer, Region of Peel (Canada); and Joseph O'Regan, Managing Director of Global Support Services and the Harvard International Office of Harvard University (USA), were re-elected to the ACCA Governing Council.

Siobhan Pandya, Director, Global Program Management Office, Mary Kay (USA), will continue her term on the Board.

Board members are a diverse group of 47 practitioners, academics, executives, chief risk officers, managing directors and financial managers who come from around the world. Board members act on behalf of all members and are responsible for ensuring that ACCA's development continues in accordance with our stated mission and values.
