Bloo Owl is pleased to announce that the CEO of A Baby?! creeping on Steam. In this episodic choice-based game, players will lead a company as its most unlikely leader, a diminutive CEO whose only form of communication is an enthusiastic yes or no gesture.
In A Baby CEO?! players take control of Bosu, an adorable baby demon appointed as the tenth boss of The Crimson Chronicle, a struggling book publishing company. Convinced of supply shortages and morale hanging by a thread, the company makes its final bid by handing over leadership to Bos. He has just 24 weeks to win employee loyalty, stabilize operations and prove that even a child can run a successful business.
Bosu hasn't learned to speak yet, but his chubby thumbs help him make important decisions. Employees regularly come to him with requests that affect their work, their happiness and the future of the company. Each answer shapes employee loyalty and the overall direction of the story. Accepting too often can create problems, and rejecting too often risks losing trust, making every choice count.
The game has four separate departments, each offering simple mini-games designed to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. These tasks are easy to understand, but they play an important role in maintaining balance in the company.
Players can also spend time on Bosu's ePad doing “work” to learn more about employees, the publishing industry, and how to become a more effective leader. Inspired by the films “Distribute the Court”, “Yes, Your Lordship” and “Beyond Pale, Baby CEO?!” promises to present a light-hearted yet thoughtful look at leadership, responsibility and corporate survival.
