Trove starts the year off with a bang
Qubesly welcomes the new year by celebrating the return of the once thought extinct RenewUs butterfly, a symbol of renewal around the world. Nakhodka Universe. To mark this occasion, gamigo launched RenewUs 2026, a limited-time in-game event designed to encourage players to set new goals and take on new challenges. The event will run from January 1st to 14th and will feature daily challenges, unique craftable items, and collectible rewards.
During RenewUs 2026, players work alongside Qubesly to collect special materials needed to support their efforts to restore the RenewUs Butterfly population. These activities include making themed items, such as a festive confetti balloon, to celebrate the new year. There are also special banners that ensure successful butterfly collection for Qubesly's ongoing research. Each goal relates to the larger theme of renewal and progress.
Completing Qubesly requests rewards players with a RenewUs Seal, which opens up opportunities to earn rare and tradable items. From there, players are reunited with Garx, a returning character from last year's event, who rounds out the RenewUs 2026 quest line with three new challenges and a unique final quest.
Trove itself is an open-world multiplayer sandbox where players explore countless voxel worlds, complete quests, and fight a variety of enemies. With flexible cube-style classes, fully destructible environments, a deep building system, and a constant stream of loot and collectibles, Trove encourages creativity and long-term progression.
Trove is free to play on Windows PC via Steam and the official website, as well as PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
