Budget-Friendly Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Lego Sets Are Available Now

Lego Mario Kart characters can now compete with Sonic the Hedgehog and Knuckles thanks to the launch first Lego Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds sets. Exactly one year after Lego Super Mario moved beyond the platformer play sets with buildable cards, Lego Sonic the Hedgehog made the transition from platformer to race track. The Lego Sonic Racing launch lineup includes Sonic's Speedster Lightning Car and a set of two Silver's Car vs. Knuckles' Monster Truck.

Super Sonic vs. Egg Drillster is one of the few Sonic playsets recently discontinued by Lego. Officially discontinued by Lego, this 1,125-piece set was Lego's first Sonic set and remains the only model to have over 1,000 pieces.
