Trump Meets Zelensky at Mar-a-Lago, Says Putin Is Serious About Peace

President Donald Trump welcomed Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida on Sunday and expressed his view that Russian President Vladimir Putin is serious about peace.

Simon Kent of Breitbart News reported Zelensky said he would meet with Trump “before the New Year” as part of efforts to end the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.

“We have agreed on a high-level meeting with President Trump in the near future,” Zelensky said in a post on social media. “A lot can be decided before the New Year.”
