For Christmas, Dion dressed up as the Grinch and recreated a scene from the classic Dr. Seuss tale and the 2000 family film How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
IN video posted to Instagram, Dion sits next to the fireplace and croons her hit “All by Myself” before talking about her schedule for the day, giving the perfect impression of Jim Carrey's character.
“The nerves of those who invited me on such short notice. Even if I wanted to go, my schedule wouldn't allow it,” she said, putting her own spin on her favorite quotes from the Christmas movie. “4:00, train your voice. 4:30, wake up my kids. 5, solve world hunger, don't tell anyone. 5:30, jazzercise. 6:30, dinner with me, I can't cancel this again! 7, struggle with my creative ideas. I'm booked!”
(Dion added that maybe she could turn her creative thinking up to 9 so she could have time to “lay in bed and endlessly scroll through TikTok videos.”)
“Or I can just wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,” she said, before shouting: “Boring!”
On Instagram, people said they loved Dion's impression.
