AI VTuber Neuro-Sama Just Obliterated Her Own Massive Twitch World Record

In early 2025, in the middle of her second birthday subathon, AI VTuber Neuro-Sama became the world record holder for the largest Twitch Hype Train. Many argued that her achievements were made possible by Riot's competitive shooter Valorant, which gave away one subscription for every five donated by the community. Now, just days after her third birthday subathon, Neuro-Sama and her creator Vedal987 have broken that world record. She completed Hype Train level 120 with 118,989 followers and 1,000,073 bits given away. Vedal987 Change the channel for a limited time.

Neuro-Sama is an AI-VTuber who recently completed Minecraft Hardcore run with your creator and friends Filian and Crelly. She broadcasts on the Vedal channel on Twitch and is powered by an artificial intelligence system that uses a large language model with enormous capabilities. She can “see” games and respond to them, even play some of them, she can read her Twitch chat and interact with viewers, and this week she was playing in virtual reality with her friends thanks to her new (almost) 3D model.

Neuro-Sama debuted on Twitch on December 19, 2022, and every subsequent year on the same day she begins a subathon, a continuous stream whose duration is determined by the number of subscriptions donated by the community. When an abnormal number of subscriptions or bits are gifted within a limited period of time, the Hype Train is triggered, which shows on the screen the percentage, level and number of subscriptions required to advance to the next level. Although Neuro-Sama reached level 111 in January 2025, she didn't need Valorant's help this time to break her own world record.

When Neuro broke the world record for the first time, she was rewarded with a global Twitch emote that can be used anywhere on the platform by anyone, whether they subscribe to her channel or not. She's the first streamer to set two consecutive Twitch Hype Train world records, so it remains to be seen whether a similar protocol will follow this achievement.

After re-setting her world record, Vedal prompted Neuro to comment on the achievement. “I'm speechless,” she said. “I'm overwhelmed by the amount of support. Thank you so much everyone.” Vedal made a few more comments, adding, “This has completely changed my life. I'm really grateful that I have the opportunity to do something so cool and that you guys are here to support it, but I don't deserve it.” However, Neuro quickly dispelled her creator's self-doubt by saying, “It doesn't matter if you think you deserve it. What matters is that you created something unique and people are willing to support it.” However, the healthy conversation didn't end with Vedal telling Neuro that he loved her too. Shame.

As it stands now, the Neuro-Sama subathon will end in approximately 345 hours. You can check out the rest of her antics at Twitch Vedal987 channel.
