SF Drunk Woman Has Not Yet Pressed Charges Against Her Alleged Attackers

The woman who went viral for her drunken brawl with bartenders in San Francisco is apparently letting cocktail connoisseurs off the hook… TMZ has learned.

Shirin Afkari has definitely made a name for herself since multi-angle video showed her in a restaurant arguing with employees. and get physical with patrons filming her – and now we're told the bartenders who body-slammed and tripped Shirin weren't arrested by cops.

PIO SFPD Robert Rucka reports TMZ…the actions of the two men in the video are not being investigated because Shireen never filed a police report against them, even though the footage shows them throwing her to the ground and seemingly intentionally tripping her.

As we previously reported… although she appeared to make a painful escape in the viral video, Afkari was discovered by police and arrested for drunkenness in public places. She was then transported to the county jail.

To make matters worse, she was fired from her job at Strava… the fitness app company confirmed her firing via Instagram, saying: “We do not condone violence of any kind and this does not meet the standards we expect from our team. Last Monday we made the decision to terminate this person's employment.”
