Saskatchewan was hit hard Wednesday night by blizzardblanketing the province with snow and, in some cases, rain.
Saskatoon saw 13 cm snowRegina 18 cm, and in some places like Bredenbury saw as much as 25 cm. Wind gusts reached 76 km/h in Saskatoon, 83 km/h in Regina, and the maximum gust across the province was in Eastend at 128 km/h.

Saskatchewan residents worked hard Thursday morning and afternoon clearing driveways and sidewalks after heavy snowfall. Some people told Global News they didn't mind working in the cold, while others were unhappy with the weather.
Saskatchewan RCMP received dozens of reports of collisions between Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, as well as 25 other weather-related incidents.
Residents who spoke to Global News said they haven't done much driving since the snowstorm, but people who have been on the roads say it's not that bad when they drive carefully.
While people are still cleaning up from Wednesday's storm, different weather is expected to bring more snow on Friday.
