The woman who rose to fame after a drunken restaurant fiasco in San Francisco got into a horrific fight with staff before getting punched in the face… and she's only 5ft tall, a new audio recording reveals.
TMZ just obtained audio from Broadcastify that gives further insight into what happened Saturday night… when Shirin Afkari got into a fight with Patxi's Pizza employees. A video that has gone viral shows a drunken Afkari being kicked out of a diner along with her boyfriend.
NEW: A drunk customer attacked bar staff outside a trendy San Francisco restaurant co-owned by celebrity chef Joey Altman.
The unknown couple was suspended for drunkenness and rudeness.

In the audio recording, the dispatcher describes Afkari as a 5-foot-tall woman between 20 and 30 years old attempting to make contact with bar staff. But as you know from the video, Afkari did not “attempt” to use physical force – a pint-sized cartridge all the WWE went for the workerseven pulling one employee's hair.
Despite her sloppiness, Akari eventually lost the fight… someone tripped and hit her face on the pavement. Before that, she was thrown to the floor in the restaurant.
The San Francisco Police Department responded and detained Afkari. into custody for public intoxication. She was also fired from her job at fitness app Strava.
