An emotional journey awaits in Deer & Boy
Publisher Dear villagers entered into a partnership with Maximum entertainment bring physical editions of Deer & Boy to players around the world. The cinematic 2D platformer, developed by LifeLine Games, will be released on physical media for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch along with a digital launch in 2026.
This collaboration will make Deer & Boy available on disc and cartridge for collectors and fans. Pre-orders for the physical versions are now open at major retailers in EMEA, North America and Australia, priced at €39.99, $39.99 and £34.99.
Each physical edition includes the full game, allowing players to play the entire game as intended by the developers. The set also includes the game's original soundtrack and a digital art book showcasing the game's distinctive visual style. Plus a physical poster inspired by the game's emotional themes and hand-crafted environments.
