Activision ditches back-to-back Modern Warfare or Black Ops releases after a weak Black Ops 7 launch

Activision is making big changes to its release process Call of Duty games.

As it turned out in new post official Call of Duty blog, the company will no longer release games in a row with either Modern warfare or Black Operas row. This follows the average reception Call of Duty: Black Ops 7which currently only has a score of 67 on Metacritic and is a more negative reaction to the earlier version Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
