Cleveland Browns Quarterback Sheader Sanders got a taste of his own medicine Sunday after a late loss against the Tennessee Titans.
Sanders threw a short pass to running back Dylan Sampson in the fourth quarter. Sampson lost the ball and was picked up by midfielder Cedric Gray to help set up decisive touchdown late in the game. Gray and the rest of his teammates went down to the end zone and taunted the rookie quarterback.

Titans players raised their wrists to celebrate Sanders beating the flex clock, something he has done after big moments since he was in Colorado. Sanders did this several times against the Titans. Cleveland simply couldn't hold on and lost the game 32–29.
Sanders finished 23 of 42 with 364 passing yards, three passing touchdowns and a rushing touchdown. He also had the game-tying interception that also led to a Titans touchdown.

“He struggled the whole game and we knew that was going to happen,” Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said. “Any young player has ups and downs and I think there were some really, really, really good moments. He'll continue to learn from some games that he wants to get back, but there are some really good moments.”
One of Sanders' touchdown passes was 60 yards to the side. Jerry Judy.
Sanders admitted they had a slight spat during last week's loss to the San Francisco 49ers, but they were on the same page when it came to the score.

“Obviously Jerry and I had this argument or something last week. But I believe in him, he believes in me, and everyone put everything aside,” Sanders said. “It was really interesting talking to him because I know the season didn’t go the way he wanted this year.”
