Thousands of True Wireless headphones are being recalled across Canada due to fire and fire hazards.
The list included headphones sold by retailer Giant Tiger. in the recall notice issued by Health Canada on Thursday. According to the recall, the USB cable used to charge the headphones was made with the wrong wiring material, which could cause overheating when plugged in and pose a fire hazard.

Health Canada says there were 16,278 affected devices sold in Canada and that it received only three reports of the incident, with no reports of injuries or deaths.
The affected devices were sold between July 17 and October 14 and have UPC 774223568363 and SKU 1545426, both of which are listed on the packaging. Any headphones purchased before July 17 or labeled with lot number 11012025 are excluded from the recall.
