Smokey Robinson
Sexual battery accusers ordered to hand over cell phones
Published
Smokey Robinson has won his legal battle against his sexual assault accusers… a judge has granted the singer's request for the anonymous accusers to return their cellphones.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Smokey expressed concern that Jane Doe's accusers allegedly deleted data from their phones. He said they were served with requests to release cell phone records and said they evaded his requests.

On Wednesday, Smokey asked a judge to force prosecutors to return the phones, and on Friday the judge ordered the phones turned over within 10 days.
As you know… Smokey sued for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and gender-based violence by four Jane Does who claim they worked as housekeepers for the music star and his wife, Francis Gladney Robinson.

Smokey denied the allegations, and when we met him in Los Angeles in September, he told us the claims against him were nonsense.
