Join the Bullet Hell action in Luna Abyss
Kvali and its in-house studio Kwalee Labs have released an atmospheric new trailer for Luna Abyss, their upcoming first-person action adventure. The trailer, titled “An Eye Opened,” highlights the game's heavy mood and deep sense of mystery, taking players through the shadowed expanse of a simulated moon and the vast chasm hidden within it.
Luna Abyss is a single-player game that combines narrative exploration with fast, precise combat. The plot centers on Fawkes, a prisoner sent to the Moon, a strange celestial body that resembles the moon in appearance. However, this place hides something much more disturbing. Each step you take will plunge you deeper into the ancient prophecy, reminding you of your ongoing imprisonment. The result is a journey filled with tension, changing truths and a constant sense of discovery.
A demo is available on Steam for those who want to get an early look at the world. It features several of the game's locations and introduces players to the corrupted souls that roam these halls. As well as cosmic horrors that roam the deeper regions. It sets the tone for the challenges ahead and provides a glimpse into the fluid movements and fiery encounters that define the gameplay.
The new trailer for “The Eye Has Opened” captures the atmosphere of Luna Abyss. It focuses on oppressive structures, immersive sound design and an unsettling presence watching from the depths. The game will be released in 2026 on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S.
