BUTTa bright joint adventure from HYPERGRYPH and GRIFFINnow available on Nintendo Switch. The PC version also received a major update, including new stages and expanded online features. The POPUCOM × Arknights collaboration also begins today, adding exclusive outfits and mini-games that bring the energy of Rhodes to every journey aboard Pancake.
The game retails for US$19.99/€17.99 on Nintendo eShop, including bundle options such as the Too Many Clothes Edition and Pack, which includes additional outfits and the Arknights Collaboration Pack. To celebrate the launch, players who log in before 7:00 pm PT/10:00 pm EST on December 17, 2025 will be able to receive two free gear packs containing six items.
POPUCOM supports Joy-Con and Nintendo Switch Pro controllers. Each player requires a full set of Joy-Con or Pro Controller to play together, and online multiplayer requires a Nintendo Switch Online membership. However, cross-platform play on PC is not yet available.
The PC update introduces Frostland, a new Story Mode stage, as well as ten additional Party Mode levels that expand the game's variety and puzzle options. The Arknights event includes operator-themed costumes, weapon skins, and an unlockable arcade mini-game, Captain Bunny's Showdown: POMU Flood, which becomes available after completing the Anti Pomu War HQ stage.
Additionally, multiplayer now features a quick join system that provides quick access to public rooms in online modes. Story mode also features a scene preference filter to help players find suitable partners.
POPUCOM continues to offer colorful co-op platforming based on color switching, match-3 shooting and artifact abilities, creating an adventure based on exploration and teamwork.
