Apple Health integration may be on the way to OpenAI's ChatGPT.
As I noticed McRumorsan image of the Apple Health icon can now be found in the code for the latest version of the ChatGPT app for iOS. Next to the icon are Apple Health categories for Apple Health activities, breathing, diet, hearing, and sleep.
This suggests that the ability to connect Apple Health and ChatGPT accounts may be in the works so you can ask the chatbot for your health and fitness data. ChatGPT already supports connection to third-party applications such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Spotify and Expedia.
It remains to be seen if and when Apple Health integration will be able to come to ChatGPT. Bloomberg reported in October that Apple plans to release a paid AI-powered subscription called Apple Health+ in 2026, so it's possible that integrating the core Apple Health platform with ChatGPT could coincide with that.
